Company Policy: Same-Day Cancellations
If an external dog walk cancels a scheduled walk on the same day, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the service.
*(Your home must be within a 20 minute maximum distance from our store at 123a 7th Ave. and the walks will start between 9a.m to 5.30 p.m)*
